No one associated with showUP at this time, is a licensed therapist or doctor, we cannot provide diagnosis, therapy or medication. We can share what’s worked for us, *help get you the care you need, as well as provide community and support here, in our two support groups, & on our discord. 

Show Up is intended to be an anonymous group, so who we see in all showUP spaces, what we say in those spaces, stays in those spaces -no screenshots or sharing what transpires on social media. Please do not discuss with others in any capacity who attends, posts, shares, etc., in any of our support community spaces, it’s imperative we maintain confidentiality. We also encourage acceptance, respect & no judgement during our support discussions & on our discord. Kindness is key.
